Let me start with how incredible Terrence is. The prompt professional service is above and beyond any that we have experienced throughout the process of determining where a leak was. Terrence communicated with us in detail because we could not be there to see what was being discovered. This job took well over 7 hours. During this time, Terrence replaced pipe underneath cabinets through walls. As we finally arrived home, we watched him do this with total pride and a smile, even with 4 dogs loving on him the whole time. :) The cleanup was fantastic. 1UP Plumbing is highly recommended.
